We want you to love your Zahid Shafiq piece. If you don't, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
How Returns Work
Contact us at 0334-3307226 within 7 days of delivery to start a return or exchange. Once approved, ship the item back to us; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.
Exclusions
Bespoke, made-to-order, and engraved or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
