Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring
Take a ring that already fits the intended finger and measure its internal diameter in millimeters against a ruler, then match it to the size chart below.
Method 2: String or Paper Strip
Wrap a strip of string or paper snugly around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters against the chart below.
