We offer free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that the jewellery has remained unused and is returned in its original condition.

Lifetime Buyback

After the initial 7-day return and exchange period, you may return your Zahid Shafiq jewellery to us at any time in the future, provided you have your original Order ID or receipt.

We will be happy to offer a buyback based on the prevailing silver or gold value of the piece, subject to applicable deductions.

Please note that the buyback value will not be equivalent to the prevailing market rate of silver or gold. Deductions may apply for factors including melting, labour, transportation and other associated costs.

Buyback Location

Our lifetime buyback service is currently available exclusively at our Bukhari Store, DHA Phase 6, Karachi.

We recommend keeping your Order ID or receipt safely, as it will be required when availing of the buyback service.

Once your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the order before it is processed.

Orders below Rs. 15,000 can be processed as Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, with the full payment payable upon delivery.

Orders above Rs. 15,000 require an advance payment of at least 25% of the order value. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery.

In-stock pieces: Orders for products currently in stock are generally delivered within 4–5 working days after order confirmation.

Out-of-stock pieces: If a product is not currently in stock, our in-house manufacturing team will produce the piece for you. Production and delivery generally take approximately 10 working days.

As each piece is carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch, delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the nature and complexity of the order.

At Zahid Shafiq, we work closely with a network of trusted manufacturing partners, allowing us to maintain close oversight of craftsmanship, finishing and quality throughout the production process.

Depending on the design and complexity of the piece, custom and production orders can generally be completed within 4–12 working days.

More intricate or highly detailed pieces may require additional time to ensure that every detail and finish meets our standards.

Plating

Every Zahid Shafiq piece is eligible for one complimentary plating service.

After the complimentary plating service has been used, existing customers can avail themselves of plating at a discounted rate.

Plating charges vary depending on the piece, its size, design and the type of plating required.

Our team will confirm the applicable plating cost before proceeding with the service.
